So it doesn’t hurt to shoot them earlier, right? Not at all. If your music video is already on youtube, you only have a couple of weeks to make sure it ranks higher in google search. Not only that, but your video gets a ton of traffic. So I would say that if your music video is already online, you should get it sooner rather than later.
I know it sounds easy, but make sure that your video has a lot of people on it. That way people who have YouTube accounts will be more likely to notice it. And once it hits the first page of google, you can start looking at what other videos are ranking on youtube as well.
You should know that there is an algorithm designed to find music videos. This is because people are always looking for exactly what they want in a video and so it’s important that you make sure yours ranks high.
The problem with music videos is that if you’re not good at what you do, then you may not be able to get noticed. But if your video is good, then you should get noticed. That’s why I recommend shooting your videos as fast as possible. That way when it does get noticed, your video will be on the top of the search results.
Its probably easiest to shoot music videos with an iPhone. Even though you can do it with a laptop, the iPhone is much easier to manage. Also, many people make music videos with a camcorder or a smartphone, so if you can do either of those things, you should do so.
