I have a blast listening to the music that i am allowed to hear and then i am allowed to just throw stuff on my wall and make it my own with no expectation whatsoever that someone else will give it a listen to it. The thing is that no one is listening to it. If it was my child i would be trying to get his attention and trying to make him aware that something is off.
